We’ll also conduct a comprehensive site survey, which allows us to create a complete picture of what is possible given the planned lot for new builds, or existing home structure for remodeling projects. Our site surveys are conducted by architectural and design experts who can diagnose limitations and problem solve how to achieve your vision.
We take the information gathered in the first step to begin building a tangible plan for your project. This information allows us to craft the design programming, which translates the details of our vision meeting into a clear list of goals the project should accomplish in its design, including room plans, essential amenities, and key design features.
